I have started a new blog that can serve as an adjunct to warrior fitness. It is called Back Decompression.
It's not limited to martial arts/self defense types, but it promotes back health in general. A bad back puts a big crimp in the warrior lifestyle. (Ask the man who owns one.)
So, if you have back problems, check out my new site. Even if you don't, and you want to do me a favor, go to the site & tweet it and/or "like" it for Facebook. Actions like that will help the site get noticed by the search engines.
If you don't have any back pain, there is a general back decompression exercise there that is easy, simple & might just keep your back healthy & pain free.
